something's wrong with blogger right now.gahh.
What Do You See by Electrico.
is not your usual sing along National Day song,
but I'm still loving it coz they are my favourite local band
too bad,Amanda's out.darn.
NDP's song nowadays are so hard to sing along
unlike those days.the last 'modern' song which I remember the lyrics
was back in 06.since then,i don't follow much of the NDP theme songs.
We,the citizens of Singapore
Pledge ourselves as one united people
Regardless of race,language or religion
To build a democratic society
Based on justice and equality
So as to achieve happiness,prosperity
And progress for our NATION.
people might dream and plan to go abroad and possibly migrate.
well, for me..there's no place like HOME.
Singapore is my HOME.
yeah, you and I may have dreams of going to places
which are more 'attractive' than this Lion City.
but at the end of the day, you'll realize nothing beats
the sense of being at HOME.
with that,i wish Singapore are very Happy 44th Birthday.
may she prosper and going beyond boundaries.
:)
